Formal and legal bits
A few words about creative commons licences, translation, adapting technical data, and money.
Creative commons licence
We are making these materials freely available, under Creative Commons Licence CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 so that they can be used as widely as possible by people in the climate movement. This licence allows you to copy and distribute the material in unadapted form only, for non-commercial purposes only, and only so long as attributions are given to the authors, the publisher, those quoted and referenced. See https://creativecommons.org/about/cclicenses/ for more information. Any use must include the same Creative Commons licence.
Translation
If you wish to translate the Living with the climate crisis materials or adapt technical data to fit other geographical regions, you will need to sign an agreement detailing this with us. Please use the contact form to get in touch about this.
Money
The writing, testing and preparation of these materials have all been done voluntarily as part of our contribution to the climate movement. The website and materials design and ongoing support of the project has been made possible through crowd funding by the Climate Psychology Alliance and through consultancy work done by members of the CPA and members of Cambridge Climate Therapists.
We hope that you will honour our intention that the groups should be free at the point of use and that no-one will use them to make money. This does not preclude you from asking participants to make a contribution to costs such as room hire and refreshments or from fundraising in order to run the groups with paid facilitators.
